1. About Flowazy

Flowazy creates personalized songs on demand from the information you provide about the person and the occasion. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. How your song is produced (use of technology)

Each song is developed by our creative team with the support of artificial intelligence (AI) tools used in production. In other words, our artists lead the process — defining the direction, style, lyrics and final curation — and employ generative AI systems for text, voice and music to compose, produce and finalize the audio delivered to you.

Because we use AI-assisted production processes, small variations in style, voice or interpretation are a natural characteristic of the medium and do not constitute a product defect. If the result does not match the brief, our guarantee described below applies (revision or refund).

3. License and use of the song

After payment, you receive a personal license to listen to, gift and share your song in private, non-commercial contexts. Commercial uses (advertising, monetization or resale) require Flowazy’s prior written authorization.

4. Content you provide

You are responsible for the information you submit and represent that you have the right to use it. We do not accept illegal, offensive content or content that violates third-party rights. We may decline orders that breach these rules.

5. Payment and delivery

Prices and delivery times are shown at the time of the order and vary by the plan chosen. Delivery is made by link and email. Payments are processed by secure third-party providers.

6. 7-day guarantee

If your song does not move you, we rewrite it or refund 100% of the amount paid, provided you request it within 7 days of delivery.
